ABOUT GREENWAY PRODUCTS
Greenway Products is a Sanford, Florida based company that manufactures a variety of architectural products, which truly replicate real wood, stone, and metal designs. Our products are manufactured from patented methods and proprietary formulas that have revolutionized the decorative architectural industry. All Greenway Products are engineered to the highest specifications and quality standards that will endure years of exposure, both interior and exterior, in all climate conditions.

OUR PRODUCTS
Greenway Products are manufactured from high quality polymers and include high-density polyurethane. These materials are used in all Greenway Products, which include:

Greenway Products are extremely realistic, durable, and low maintenance, and offer numerous design applications. They are highly resistant to pests, moisture, and UV rays. Because of this durability, they are conducive to both interior and exterior applications, and maintain their beauty under full sun exposure, various weather conditions, and temperature fluctuations. Our products come primed and ready to be installed, and are available in a variety of colors and finishes. They may also be field painted, stained, or faux finished as desired.

BEVONA™ Faux Wood will not rot, split, crack, or fade like real wood. Corbels/brackets, planking, and cladding sections are ideally suited for both interior and exterior use on soffits, ceilings, wainscoting, door overlays, and other trim applications. Tongue and groove ceilings, beams, and shutters are also available. Exotic wood reproductions include Pecky Cypress, Clear Cypress, Antique Oak, and Historic Barnwood, each offered in eleven (11) distinctive colors. Additional species of wood are in development. All of our wood products have the look of high quality workmanship, with an extremely realistic appearance of natural wood.

Product Specifications
Our manufacturing process is based on decades of experience in the polymer field. We use only the highest quality materials, to meet our specifications for performance, appearance, and durability. Products such as our Brackets and Ornaments consist of a closed-cell high density core that is primed at the factory and can be sold as is, or factory painted to customer specifications. All products are light weight, yet strong and highly durable.

Below are some of the physical properties of the items we offer, which exemplify the quality and durability of our complete line of products.

Added to these characteristics is our proprietary adhesive system, which allows us to clad garage doors WITHOUT the use of mechanical fasteners (which become a conduit for moisture intrusion and potential rust or deterioration). The light weight of our cladding material also negates the requirement to add costly heavy duty springing or door operators. We suggest you contact your garage door dealer for additional technical information.

Because of the combination of high quality raw materials, dedicated craftsmanship, and utilization of carefully developed proprietary technology, Greenway Products offers a 5 year warranty on all garage door cladding installed by either our factory or approved dealers.
